Purchase Agreement/Health Guarantee: 12 Months: Thank you for deciding to purchase one of our puppies. We want to make this a stress free enjoyable experience for you. Please feel free to text or call me with any questions or concerns that you might have along the way. We will keep you up to date with information about your puppy as it grows until it is time for your puppy to go to its new home. This contract is written for the protection of both the breeder and the buyer - However, it is primarily written to protect the health and general well being of the puppy.

Please read the health guarantee completely before putting a deposit on a puppy
1.. By putting a deposit on a puppy, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions within this contract.
2. We require a $500 non refundable deposit in order to hold a spot for a puppy. The deposit can only be in the form of cash,Venmo/Pay-Pal or Money order unless otherwise noted. Deposit will hold your spot in picks. Deposit is required to hold a spot. First with deposit will get first pick and so on down the line. BREEDERS AND SHOW HOMES ALWAYS GET PICK ABOVE PET HOMES. Which mean if you have a deposit for first pick and breeder/ show home places deposit you then get bumped to second pick.
3. This deposit is non-refundable, unless there is a problem with the health of your puppy. In that case, the buyer will have their choice of a full refund or of transferring that deposit toward another puppy.
4. This puppy is sold on limited registration, and shall NOT be bred. AKC LIMITED papers will accompany this pet AFTER proof of spay/neuter from a Licensed Veterinarian. (Unless otherwise disclosed)
5. Remaining balance must be due at the time of pick up in cash. IF transportation is needed by a transporter that is not the owners, payment must be paid in full 3 days prior to the date the puppy leaves to ensure processing time. **Please be certain that you are ready for the time commitment and financial Responsibility of a puppy prior to putting a deposit on one.
6. If for whatever reason, the buyer is unable or does not wish to maintain ownership of the dog, notification will be given to the breeder FIRST before transfer of any ownership of the Saint Bernard. If proper care can no longer be given this dog MUST NOT be taken to the shelter/ rescue of any kind and MUST be returned back to breeder FIRST at buyers expense, unless buyer and breeder finds a suitable home for dog approved by breeder. I am willing to help place dog in suitable home. If puppy is returned within the first 30 days, only half of the purchase price will be refunded after the puppy has been placed in his/her new home. The other half will cover the cost of re-advertisement and keeping the puppy current on vaccinations and deworming until the puppy is placed in his/her new home. If puppy is returned after the 30 days no money will be refunded. Failure to comply with above.
7. MALE PUPS: If for some unforeseen reason said puppy is to impregnate by either accident or on purpose without Full AKC rights, the male will come back to the breeder and you as the Owner will be expected to pay Breeder the stud fee ($4500). I expect you as Owner to be responsible with your intact male until he is of age to be neutered. Neuter surgery should happen after 18 months and not before. Neutering too soon can impact his growth and joint health and longevity.
FEMALE PUPS:If for some unforeseen reason said puppy is to become impregnated by either accident or on purpose without Full AKC rights, the female AND her litter will come back to the breeder and you as the Owner will be expected to pay Breeder a fine ($10,000). I expect you as Owner to be responsible with your intact female until she is of age to be spayed. Spay surgery should happen after 18 months or second heat and not before. Spaying too soon can impact her growth and joint health and longevity.
8.Owner must take on full responsibility for said puppy’s care. All vaccination records, heartworm schedule, and vet records will be available to Breeder upon written request during the duration of this contract.Owner is responsible for all medicine, monthly preventatives, vaccinations, rabies shot, needed for a healthy dog.

Health Guarantee: 12 Months:
1. It will be up to me, the breeder, to decide when the puppy will be ready to go to its new home, at the age of 8 weeks being the earliest. 2. The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale.

3. The puppy will be up to date on shots and deworming at the time of pick up of the puppy. It is very important that you continue the vaccinations and deworming. Please DO NOT expose your puppy to other dogs that are not vaccinated until he/she has completed the entire vaccination schedule, (this includes going to pet stores and letting your puppy walk around) - around 16-20 weeks old. Please avoid multiple vaccinations ( avoid lepto if possible) along with flea/tick and heartworm prevention at the same time. Space these things out with new puppies by a few days or even a week if possible.. Lyme vaccine should not be administered any earlier than 16 weeks of age.
4. The puppy will have been vet checked,REAR dew claws only ( if any ) removed, microchipped, first set of vaccinations and deemed in good health at the time of sale.
5. The buyer, at their own expense should have the puppy examined by a Licensed Vet within 48 hours of receiving the puppy.
6. Documentation must be sent to the breeder within FIVE days in order for the Health Guarantee to be honored. Failure to do so voids health guarantee.
7. If within 48 hours, a Licensed Vet finds the puppy to be unhealthy or unfit for sale, the puppy may be returned for a full refund or 1 replacement puppy from a future litter of same sex - provided the puppy has not been injured or neglected. The veterinarian must provide a written statement deeming the puppy,“ unhealthy for purchase".
8. This guarantee does not cover any health issues caused by neglect or injury from the buyer. We DO NOT guarantee against the following: non genetic hip/ elbow dysplasia, entropian/ ectropian, ingestion of poisons, bloat, intestinal parasites, hernias, reproductive issues and OCD. If puppy is deemed as unhealthy by licensed veterinary return of puppy for full refund.
9. This guarantee does not include minor illnesses and health issues such as allergies, internal or external parasites. However, the breeder will disclose any known illnesses or health issues prior to the sale.
10. The breeder can not assume any responsibility for this puppy after the sale. It is the responsibility of the buyer to care for the puppy properly and keep it free from harm. Please remember that your puppy must be treated with great care and protected from danger.
11. The breeder assumes no responsibility for any medical expenses incurred after the sale.
12. The breeder does not guarantee size. We will give the buyer the weight of the puppy’s parents. We can give the buyer an educated guess as to full grown weight.
13. The breeder does not guarantee fertility or ability to place in shows. The puppy is strictly sold as a TOP QUALITY PET, and therefore should be spayed/ neutered between the ages of 18-24 months, unless otherwise discussed prior with breeder.
14. Breeder has rights to receive veterinary records regarding said puppies health, as well as ask you seek second opinion if an issue shall arise at buyers expense.
15. Failure to comply with above 1-15 will VOID health agreement, and can result in BUYER paying any court costs, travel fees, attorney fees, and a $15,000.00 penalty.
